POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE
As a postpartum doula, I support and help the couple in the transition of bringing their baby home. I will make sure you have what you need, whether or not it’s your first birth. I work both within the Baltimore Jewish community and throughout greater Baltimore.

Interview:
The period after birth is an emotional and sensitive time and you want to make sure it is the right choice for your situation.We will have an interview (in-person or phone) to make sure it is the right fit.

Services Include:
Guidance on caring for a newborn.
Taking care of baby and mom.
Light housework (laundry, food prep).
Errands.

Hourly fee
4 hrs per day minimum
